Jessica, CVT, Hospital Manager
Certified Veterinary Technician, Jessica, has been with Partridge Animal Hospital since March of 2011. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and an Associate degree in Veterinary Technology from St. Petersburg College. Jessica oversees all aspects of the hospital and strives to create an exceptional customer experience and provide a work environment that people are proud to be a part of.

Jessica has one dog named Pandora. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. When she is not at the hospital she enjoys, travel, boating and enjoying the Florida lifestyle. Jessica is a Green Bay Packer fan at heart but will always support her local Tampa Bay teams as long as they’re not playing Green Bay!




Kim, Office Manager
Office Manager, Kim has been with Partridge Animal Hospital since August 2010 and has worked professionally with animals since 2005. She has worked as a veterinary assistant, kennel technician, grooming assistant and was lead receptionist.
Kim assists with organizing and documenting financial reports, client support, social media, newsletters and more. She also helps assist the receptionists, technicians and Veterinarians when needed. She absolutely loves scrubbing in for surgeries as well.
I love aspects of my job, especially when I get to work the numbers and graphs. I also enjoy being able to step away from the paperwork from time to time to get my hands dirty and help with treatments and surgical procedures. It truly is a blessing knowing that I’m working with the best group of Veterinarians and staff in our area. Partridge is my home away from home and I enjoy spending my days with my family.”
Kim has a dog, Bailey Rey, and a cat named Finn. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, editing, movies, road trips, cruises, football games, the gun range, working out, and good food. She also enjoys spending time at home with her husband and son.




Missy, Reception Supervisor & Public Relations
At a young age, Missy was offered an interview to work with marine mammals, and that sparked her interest in a career serving animals. She then spent 15+ years as an animal trainer and cared for both marine mammals and small land mammals. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling or spending time with her cat and foster hamster.




Sami, CVT, Lead Technician
Certified Veterinary Technician Sammi has been with Partridge Animal hospital since August 2016 and works with the veterinarians assisting in orthopedic surgeries, dentals, lab work, and communicating with clients. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Technology from St. Petersburg College and is currently working towards earning a certificate to become a certified veterinary hospital practice manager.
When she isn’t spending time with her dogs, Sophie and Ruby, as well as her cats Ehrlich and Hagrid she enjoys traveling, kayaking, playing the piano and going on new adventures with her husband.

Jen, Lead Trainer
Jen always knew that animals were her calling, and as a child always wanted to be a marine biologist. In fact, she still would like to end up focusing on marine biology after getting her degree in the topic. The path that lead her to veterinary work was when she lived in New York and worked at the Animal Medical Center. It’s one of the nation’s largest and most esteemed vet hospitals, and her work as a surgical assistant developed Jen’s interest in veterinary medicine. She shares her home with her human love, Randy, and her rescue pup Norman, who joined the family during Covid. Jen may have the most exciting hobbies of all! In addition to loving travel and national parks, she is studying circus arts!




Krista, Lead Surgery Technician
St. Pete native Krista has been with Partridge Animal Hospital since May of 2013. She has wanted to be in veterinary medicine since she was old enough to check out her first library book, The Anatomy of the Dog, and much later, she attended Eckerd College. Her passion is surgery.
Krista has a goldendoodle named Boomer, a pup named Onyx, and Scooter, a gigantic cat. In her free time, she enjoys playing semi-pro beach volleyball and likes to do anything related to water – scuba diving, fishing and swimming.




Brandi, CVT
One of our Certified Veterinary Technicians, Brandi, graduated with an associate of science degree from St Petersberg College. A self-proclaimed cat person, she found a love of animal medicine when her cat developed diabetes. Brandi is part of a military family and was born in Germany but raised in North Carolina. At home, you might find her playing with her cats- Zipper & Velcro!




Dani, CVT
Certified Veterinary Technician Dani has been with Partridge Animal Hospital since January 2011. She’s been working professionally with animals since 2002. Dani assists with wound care, surgery, blood work, cytology and more.
She has obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science, an Associate’s Degree from St. Petersburg College in Veterinary Technology and is certified through the Florida Veterinary Technician Association.

Dani has a Yorkshire Terrier named Hodge and a domestic short hair cat named Puma. She enjoys photography, surfing, scuba diving, sailing, traveling, learning Italian and spending time with her husband, Patrick.




Rayven, CVT, Inventory Manager
Certified Veterinary Technician, Rayven, has been with Partridge Animal Hospital since August 2017. She graduated from the St. Petersburg College Veterinary Technology Program. She’s been working professionally with animals since 2016.
She was born right here in our hometown of St. Petersburg. In her free time, Rayven enjoys spending time with her husband, Taylor, and daughter Amelia. She enjoys taking her two rescues, Roo and Apollo to the dog bar and dog beach.

Brittany, Veterinary Technician
Veterinary Technician Brittany has been with Partridge Animal hospital since October of 2017 and works with the doctors assisting triaging rooms, surgeries, dental cleaning, nail trims, blood draws and placing catheters. She enjoys educating clients and teaching the new things about animals. Her experience with seabirds and songbirds make her a great addition to our team. She is currently enrolled at Penn Foster College and has a bachelors degree in marine biology and chemistry, she is also working on her associate in Veterinary Technology. Brittany has started her career working with animals 8 years ago in Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and more recently worked at Banfield Pet Hospital as a Vet Tech.When she isn’t spending time with her American Bulldog/ Lab, Bailey, and her Siamese Mix, Snowflake and an orange tabby cat named Sahara.
“I love working at this animal hospital because I consider it comparable to a small human hospital because of what this hospital is capable of doing,: she says. “My coworkers are wonderful people who are very passionate about what they do every day.”




Leigh, Veterinary Technician
Veterinary Technician, Leigh, started as a volunteer with Partridge Animal Hospital in August 2017 and we loved her so much we offered her a permanent position in December 2017. She assists with surgeries, radiographs, making sure hospitalized patients are comfortable and so much more.
She really enjoys helping with anesthetic procedures and being an advocate for the patients as well as their owners. She’s worked at Dogtown as well as Catty Shack Wildlife Sanctuary giving her 2 years under her belt in animal care. Leigh has a degree in Communications & Advertising from The University of North Florida and is currently enrolled at St. Petersburg College working towards her Veterinary Technician Degree. She is due to graduate in 2019.

Leigh has a Chocolate Labrador Mix, named Harley. They both enjoy taking naps and going for long walks where they get to stop and smell every single blade of grass that was put on Earth.
Besides spending time with Harley, Leigh enjoys fine art, traveling, sunsets down at the Getaway and is also a big foodie. Visiting State Parks as well as kayaking are another fun favorite of hers.




Joey, Veterinary Technician
Joey joins our practice after living in Queens, NY. Our resident prankster of the office, Joey, found his way to this career after volunteering at an animal shelter five years ago. After working with the animals, Joey says that everything clicked and made sense. His favorite part of the job is easing the anxiety of the patients. He says, “Making a pet feel comforted and giving them a pleasant experience is so rewarding”. On his days off, you can find him hanging out with his two dogs, jamming out on his guitar, or playing retro video games.




Dakota, Veterinary Technician
Dakota is a born and raised local of St. Pete! Growing up, she always knew that she wanted to work with animals, having dogs, cats, birds, and turtles from a very young age. Her favorite part of working at the hospital is seeing an animal heal and grow stronger after recovering.
When she isn’t working, you may find Dakota hanging with her dogs Rosie & Tucker or her cat (who thinks they’re a dog), Simba. In addition to her fur babies, Dakota is expecting a human baby in the fall!




Sarah, Veterinary Technician
Sarah is a native of St. Pete and volunteered with Partridge Animal Hospital in 2013. She is currently studying veterinary technology at Saint Petersburg College.
She shares her home with two young siblings, golden retrievers Macy and Chase. In her free time, Sarah likes to travel, go to the beach and on picnics, go kayaking, and explore local restaurants and breweries.

Damara
Veterinary Receptionist, Damara has been with Partridge Animal Hospital since October 2018 and has been working professionally with animals since 2016. Damara greets our clients and assists with phone calls and scheduling appointments. She really enjoys building friendships with her co-workers and clients as well as bringing her positive attitude and smile with her every day.
“I love that we are always learning something new and that we work as a team to always make sure the job gets done,” she says.
Damara has two cats, Posie & Nala, and a dog named Frank. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking, shopping for home decor, lounging in hammocks by the water and spending time with her family and husband, Nick.




Katrina
A native of Leesburg, Virginia, Katrina got her start in the veterinary field in high school when she volunteered at a local vet’s office and worked at a pet resort. She grew up a dog lover, surrounded by Huskies, Aussies, Boxers, and Shepherds. Her furry family even included a wolf hybrid. She currently lives with her boyfriend, Larry, and two Aussies and a tabby cat.
Katrina originally planned to be a marine biologist. She loves scuba diving, kayaking, swimming, and hiking. She also enjoys cooking and baking.
Her favorite part of her job is the diagnostic side. It gives her a great deal of pleasure to look into a pet’s symptoms and root out the cause of the problem.

Haley, Veterinary Assistant
Haley knew from a very young age that she would end up working with animals. Haley loves a challenge and is currently getting her certification from the St. Petersburg Vet Tech program while also completing her biology degree. If she isn’t furthering her education or at work, you will likely find her working at her distillery or at the beach with her 10-year-old Boxer and German Sheppard.




Grace, Veterinary Assistant
Grace is the 2nd generation of animal lovers in her family,as her father is a Veterinarian. Her desire to help furry friends started when Grace was quite young, as her dad would bring animals that needed rehabilitation home with him. She has quite the cast of characters among her pets at home, and you may even meet her pet Abby- the clinic’s current welcoming committee!




Emily, Veterinary Assistant
Emily was surrounded by a menagerie of animals growing up. Her family had dogs, cats, turtles, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs… and a hedgehog!
From a very young age, Emily can recall dreaming of a career that involved animals. She has a Bachelor of Science and previously worked with sea turtles at the rehabilitation center within the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. When she isn’t helping animals at work as our new tech assistant, she may be with her 2 cats, exploring her favorite national parks, or crafting.
