Tiffany Collins, DVM, Relief Veterinarian

Dr. Collins was born and raised in the small sleepy town of Roanoke, AL. Her undergraduate education was completed at Huntingdon College, a liberal arts college associated with the United Methodist Church, in Montgomery, AL where she earned a Bachelor of Art in biology. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine with her doctorate. Dr. Collins is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Florida Veterinary Medical Association,  and Phi Zeta honor society of veterinary medicine. Dr. Collins currently serves on the American Veterinary Medical Association Council on Veterinary services helping establish a standard of care for veterinarians and their patients. Her professional interest includes feline internal medicine, dentistry, dermatology, end of life care, and preventative care. In the future, she would like to become a diplomat with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.  Oher professional interests include speaking at events related to veterinary medicine in hopes of becoming an international speaker and blogging about a day in the life of a veterinarian all while designing outdoor cat enclosures. In her free time Dr. Collins enjoys working out, gardening, traveling and spending time with her two fur babies, Lexus and Tundra. When not at work, Dr. Collins will likely be seen around St. Petersburg with her trusty sidekick, Tundra, just strolling around or getting a kittyccino (better known as whip cream in a tiny cup) at Starbucks!
